OmniVueNDT is looking for a GPR/NDE Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise field technicians, ensuring efficient project execution.
Perform and manage GPR structure scanning, ultrasonic testing, leak detection, and subsurface investigations.
Maintain safety compliance by enforcing proper use of PPE and job site protocols.
Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure job sites are well-organized.
Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and project managers.
Accurately estimate labor and equipment requirements for projects.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and workflow efficiency.
Train and mentor field technicians to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications:
Experience in non-destructive testing (NDT), construction, structural steel, or related fields.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Ability to analyze site conditions and make real-time decisions.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
